1. Who We Are

Imigital is a digital agency based in Lahore, Pakistan. We design, build and market websites, software and mobile apps. This policy explains what we do with personal information collected through imigital.com.

2. What We Collect

We only collect what you choose to give us, plus the basic technical data that any website receives.

• Enquiry forms. Your name, email address, phone number and whatever you write in your message.
• Job applications. Your name, contact details, CV, cover letter, current employer, years of experience and salary expectations.
• Newsletter. Your email address.
• Technical data. Your IP address, browser, device type and the pages you visited, collected automatically.

3. Why We Collect It

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, assess a job application, send you the newsletter you asked for, and understand which pages people find useful so we can improve the site. We do not use your information for automated decision making.

4. Our Basis for Using It

Where you submit a form, you are asking us to respond, and we process your details on that basis. Where you tick a consent box, such as on our application form, that consent is our basis and you can withdraw it at any time. Basic analytics rest on our legitimate interest in keeping the website working well.

5. Who We Share It With

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only with the service providers who make our site work, such as our hosting provider and our email service, and only so far as they need it. Our forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, so when you submit one, Google receives your IP address and basic interaction data in order to tell real people from bots. Google handles that under its own privacy terms. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

6. How Long We Keep It

Enquiries are kept for as long as we are in contact and for a reasonable period afterwards. Job applications are held for twelve months so we can consider you for future openings, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

7. Cookies

This site uses only the cookies needed to serve pages correctly and to remember basic preferences. We do not run advertising or cross site tracking cookies. Google reCAPTCHA sets its own cookie on the pages that carry a form, which is what allows it to spot automated submissions. You can block or clear cookies through your browser settings, though parts of the site may behave differently if you do.

8. Your Rights

You can ask us to do any of the following, and we will respond within a reasonable period:

• Tell you what personal information we hold about you.
• Correct anything that is wrong or out of date.
• Delete your information, where we are not required to keep it.
• Stop sending you the newsletter, which you can also do from any newsletter email.

9. Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection and access to submitted data is limited to the people at Imigital who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us. Please do not send passwords or payment card details through our forms.

10. Other Websites

Our pages sometimes link to services we do not run. This policy covers only imigital.com, so please read the policy of any site you move on to.

11. Changes to This Policy

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
