Terms and Conditions
The terms that apply when you use this website or engage Imigital to design, build or market something.
The terms that apply when you use this website or engage Imigital to design, build or market something.
These terms govern your use of the Imigital website and any services you engage us to provide. By browsing the site, submitting an enquiry or accepting a proposal from us, you agree to what follows. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
You may browse and share our pages freely. You may not copy our content, designs or code for commercial use, attempt to interfere with the site or its security, or use it in any way that breaks the law.
Anything on this website is for information, not a binding offer. Pricing becomes firm only in a written proposal signed by both parties. Proposals are valid for thirty days unless we say otherwise, and the scope in that document is what governs the project.
We commit to the timeline set out in the proposal, provided we receive what we need from you. Projects depend on things only you can supply, and delays on that side move the schedule accordingly. Typically we need:
Unless the proposal says otherwise, we invoice an advance before work begins and the balance at agreed milestones. Invoices are payable within the terms stated on them. We may pause work on overdue accounts, and final files and handover follow full payment.
Once you have paid in full, you own the final deliverables produced specifically for you. We retain ownership of our own tools, libraries, internal frameworks and anything we built before or outside your project. Third party assets such as fonts, stock images and plugins remain under their own licences, which you are responsible for maintaining.
Unless you ask us not to, we may show the work in our portfolio and case studies.
Projects often rely on services we do not control, including hosting, payment gateways, analytics and plugins. We will recommend sensible options and configure them properly, but we are not responsible for their pricing changes, outages or discontinuation.
We treat anything you share with us in confidence as confidential, and we expect the same of anything we share with you. This holds during the project and after it ends.
We take our work seriously and we correct our mistakes. That said, our total liability in connection with a project is limited to the fees you paid us for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profit, lost data or business interruption. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Either party may end a project in writing. If you cancel, you pay for work completed up to that point and any costs we have already committed on your behalf. If we cancel, we hand over completed work and refund anything paid for work not yet done.
Every project includes the support window stated in its proposal, covering fixes to work we delivered. New features, content changes and ongoing maintenance sit outside that window and are quoted separately.
We may update these terms as our services change. The version published on this page at the time you engage us is the one that applies to your project.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
